Watercolor: High Street Gate to Coneytree Farm (1730), Harlaxton Village, Lincolnshire (10.5" x 14.5")$129.00Picturesque gate we saw on our walking tour of Harlaxton Village in 2009. The Leicestershire long-house was built in the 1730s, with later decorative stone work added about 1796 by Lord Gregory de Lisle Gregory. While Jean was at Stanford University, she studied at their overseas campus at nearby Harlaxton Manor and visited the village often. Coneytree House is at 26 High Street, Harlaxton, Lincolnshire.
