| I hate Yupo because it's so difficult to control. But I love Yupo for two things: (1) the wonderful uncontrolled mixing of colors, and (2) its brilliant color. My mother had hanging fuchsia on our back porch when I was growing up, so this reminds me of her. I've been experimenting with a stained-glass effect and Yupo really lends itself to the beauty and luminescence of hand-made colored glass. 211011. Watercolor and ink on Yupo, 10.5" x 10.5" |
